ATTPL HoldCo encourages responsible participation, collaboration, innovation, knowledge sharing, community engagement, and constructive contributions across its digital agriculture ecosystem. User-generated content plays an important role in enabling farmers, agricultural professionals, researchers, businesses, technology providers, advisors, and community members to exchange ideas, experiences, information, and opportunities.
This User Generated Content Policy establishes the standards, responsibilities, rights, and expectations applicable to all content submitted, uploaded, posted, transmitted, published, shared, distributed, communicated, or otherwise made available by users through Company-operated platforms and services.
This Policy applies to content submitted through:
By submitting, posting, uploading, transmitting, sharing, or otherwise making content available through Company Services, users agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable Company policies, terms, and legal requirements.
The purpose of this User Generated Content Policy is to establish a safe, trustworthy, productive, and legally compliant environment where users can participate in meaningful discussions, share agricultural knowledge, contribute research, exchange ideas, and collaborate across the Company's digital ecosystem.
This Policy is intended to balance freedom of participation with the need to protect users, communities, intellectual property rights, platform integrity, business interests, and public safety.
By establishing clear standards and expectations, ATTPL HoldCo seeks to foster a responsible and inclusive environment that supports innovation, learning, transparency, and long-term agricultural development.
User Generated Content ("UGC") refers to any content, material, information, data, communication, media, submission, contribution, publication, or other user-created material that is uploaded, posted, transmitted, published, shared, submitted, displayed, distributed, or otherwise made available through Company Services.
UGC may be created by individual users, farmers, businesses, researchers, developers, marketplace participants, advisors, consultants, institutions, community members, or authorized representatives acting on behalf of organizations.
The definition of UGC is intentionally broad and includes content in various formats, media types, languages, and communication methods.
Users are solely and exclusively responsible for all content they create, upload, publish, transmit, distribute, share, submit, display, or otherwise make available through Company Services.
The Company does not automatically review, verify, validate, endorse, authenticate, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, completeness, safety, or quality of every user submission.
Users must exercise reasonable care, diligence, and responsibility when contributing content and must ensure that their submissions comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, intellectual property rights, privacy requirements, and Company policies.
Any consequences arising from user-submitted content remain the responsibility of the individual or organization that created or submitted such content.
ATTPL HoldCo encourages users to contribute meaningful, constructive, educational, informative, professional, and community-oriented content that supports the advancement of agriculture, innovation, collaboration, sustainability, and responsible digital participation.
Contributions should provide value to users, facilitate learning, improve decision-making, encourage healthy discussion, support agricultural development, and strengthen trust within the community.
All user-generated content should be truthful, respectful, relevant, accurate to the best of the contributor's knowledge, and aligned with the objectives of the platform.
To maintain a safe, lawful, trustworthy, and productive environment, users must not submit, upload, publish, transmit, distribute, promote, encourage, facilitate, or otherwise make available content that violates laws, threatens users, undermines platform integrity, infringes rights, creates safety risks, spreads misinformation, or interferes with the operation of Company Services.
The categories described below are illustrative and not exhaustive. The Company reserves the right to determine whether content violates this Policy based on the circumstances, context, severity, intent, potential harm, legal obligations, and platform safety considerations.
Because agricultural information can directly influence farming decisions, crop management strategies, livestock welfare, resource allocation, environmental outcomes, food production activities, and commercial decisions, users must exercise particular care when contributing agricultural content.
Agricultural submissions should be based on genuine experience, credible information, recognized practices, research findings, professional expertise, or reasonably supported observations wherever possible.
Contributors should clearly distinguish personal opinions, anecdotal experiences, experimental observations, and subjective viewpoints from verified facts, scientific conclusions, professional recommendations, or regulatory guidance.
The Company reserves the right to review, restrict, label, remove, or otherwise moderate agricultural content that may create material risks to farmers, agricultural businesses, livestock, crops, ecosystems, consumers, supply chains, or the broader agricultural community.
Users may utilize Artificial Intelligence tools, generative AI systems, machine learning applications, content-generation platforms, automated writing assistants, image-generation tools, or similar technologies when creating content for submission through Company Services.
However, the use of AI does not reduce, transfer, or eliminate the user's responsibility for the content submitted. Users remain fully accountable for the legality, accuracy, reliability, originality, appropriateness, and compliance of all AI-assisted or AI-generated content.
AI-generated content must not be used to deceive, manipulate, impersonate, mislead, spread misinformation, infringe rights, or create false impressions regarding authenticity, expertise, endorsements, agricultural outcomes, scientific validity, or commercial performance.
Where AI-generated content may materially influence important decisions, transactions, research activities, agricultural practices, or business outcomes, the Company may request disclosure or additional verification.
Users retain ownership of content they create and submit unless otherwise agreed through separate contractual arrangements.
However, in order for the Company to operate, display, manage, distribute, improve, secure, promote, and maintain its Services, users grant the Company a broad operational license to use submitted content in connection with the provision and enhancement of Services.
This license enables the Company to technically process content, facilitate platform functionality, support community engagement, perform moderation activities, improve products, develop platform features, generate analytics, conduct research, and promote legitimate platform activities.
The license granted under this Policy is limited to purposes reasonably related to the operation, administration, maintenance, security, improvement, development, and promotion of Company Services.
The Company may review, monitor, assess, moderate, restrict, label, limit visibility of, suspend access to, or remove content where necessary to protect users, maintain platform integrity, comply with legal obligations, safeguard intellectual property rights, prevent misuse, reduce risks, and support a trustworthy digital environment.
Content moderation may be performed using a combination of automated systems, artificial intelligence technologies, algorithmic analysis, user reports, internal review mechanisms, risk assessment processes, and human moderation activities.
Moderation decisions may consider the nature of the content, context, potential harm, severity of the issue, legal obligations, policy violations, user safety concerns, community standards, operational requirements, and platform security considerations.
The Company reserves the right to take moderation actions without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain compliance, prevent harm, address urgent risks, or preserve the integrity of Company Services.
The Company is not obligated to review, screen, monitor, evaluate, verify, or moderate all content submitted by users and makes no representation that all violations will be detected or addressed immediately.
The Company reserves the right to remove, disable access to, restrict visibility of, archive, suspend, quarantine, or otherwise take action against content that violates this Policy, applicable laws, intellectual property rights, platform rules, safety requirements, regulatory obligations, or operational standards.
Content removal decisions may be based on user reports, automated detection systems, internal investigations, legal notices, regulatory requests, intellectual property claims, safety assessments, compliance reviews, or other legitimate operational considerations.
Where appropriate and practical, the Company may provide notice regarding content removal actions; however, immediate removal may occur without advance notification when necessary to protect users, comply with laws, preserve evidence, mitigate risks, prevent harm, or maintain service integrity.
Removal actions may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature, severity, frequency, context, and impact of the violation or concern being addressed.
Users are encouraged to report content that they reasonably believe violates this Policy, applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy requirements, community standards, safety expectations, or other legitimate platform requirements.
The reporting process helps maintain a safe, respectful, accurate, and trustworthy environment by enabling users to notify the Company of potentially problematic content that may require review.
Reports should be submitted in good faith and contain sufficient information to allow the Company to identify, assess, investigate, and evaluate the reported content.
The Company may investigate reported content using internal review procedures, moderation systems, automated tools, human review processes, legal assessments, technical analysis, or other methods deemed appropriate under the circumstances.
Submission of a report does not guarantee that content will be removed, restricted, or otherwise moderated, as all reports are evaluated based on available information, context, evidence, legal requirements, and applicable policies.
Users who participate in marketplace-related activities through Company Services are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of information they provide in connection with products, services, listings, commercial offerings, business profiles, advertisements, promotions, and related marketplace activities.
Marketplace content should be truthful, current, transparent, and capable of substantiation where appropriate. Users should avoid exaggerations, misleading statements, deceptive representations, unsupported claims, or omissions that may influence purchasing decisions unfairly.
The Company may review, investigate, restrict, suspend, label, remove, or otherwise moderate marketplace content where concerns arise regarding accuracy, legality, safety, intellectual property rights, consumer protection obligations, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or platform integrity.
The Company does not independently verify all marketplace content and does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, performance, availability, quality, legality, safety, or suitability of user-submitted marketplace information.
The Company encourages the sharing of agricultural research, scientific information, technical materials, educational resources, innovation insights, case studies, best practices, and other knowledge contributions that can benefit the broader agricultural ecosystem.
Users submitting research materials, technical content, publications, documentation, datasets, methodologies, analyses, reports, or other knowledge resources must ensure that they possess the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, authorizations, and legal authority required to share such materials.
Contributors should provide appropriate citations, acknowledgments, references, attributions, disclosures, and supporting information where necessary to maintain transparency, credibility, intellectual property compliance, and academic integrity.
The Company may review research and technical submissions to assess quality, compliance, safety, legal considerations, intellectual property concerns, platform suitability, and alignment with community standards.
Users should exercise caution when sharing information through public or community-accessible areas of Company Services.
Content submitted to forums, discussions, communities, comments, reviews, marketplace listings, and other publicly visible areas may be accessible to other users, visitors, business participants, researchers, partners, or third parties depending on the nature of the Service.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they do not disclose personal information, sensitive information, confidential materials, proprietary business data, trade secrets, protected records, or other information that should not be publicly shared.
The Company cannot guarantee the removal, retrieval, deletion, control, or protection of information voluntarily disclosed by users in public areas and shall not be responsible for consequences arising from such disclosures.
The Company may maintain records of policy violations, enforcement actions, moderation history, complaints, investigations, warnings, restrictions, and other compliance-related activities for the purpose of maintaining platform safety and enforcing this Policy.
Users who repeatedly violate this Policy, engage in recurring misconduct, disregard moderation decisions, abuse platform functionality, submit prohibited content, or otherwise demonstrate patterns of non-compliance may be subject to progressively stronger enforcement actions.
Enforcement decisions may consider the severity of violations, frequency of incidents, risk posed to users, intent, prior conduct, cooperation during investigations, corrective actions taken, legal requirements, and platform safety considerations.
The Company reserves the right to determine appropriate enforcement measures based on the circumstances of each case and may take immediate action where necessary to protect users, maintain compliance, or preserve platform integrity.
User Generated Content represents the views, opinions, experiences, observations, recommendations, analyses, comments, perspectives, and statements of the individual users or organizations that submit such content.
The existence, publication, display, storage, distribution, indexing, ranking, visibility, accessibility, or availability of content on Company Services does not imply that the Company has reviewed, verified, validated, endorsed, approved, certified, recommended, supported, or adopted the content.
Users should independently evaluate information obtained through Company Services and exercise appropriate judgment before relying on user-submitted content for agricultural, commercial, financial, technical, operational, research, legal, regulatory, or strategic decisions.
The Company may moderate content for compliance purposes; however, moderation activities should not be interpreted as verification of accuracy, reliability, legality, safety, quality, or suitability.
Opinions, recommendations, conclusions, claims, and viewpoints expressed by users remain solely those of the contributors who submitted them.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for User Generated Content submitted, published, transmitted, distributed, displayed, shared, stored, or otherwise made available by users through Company Services.
Users acknowledge that content submitted by third parties may contain inaccuracies, omissions, errors, outdated information, personal opinions, incomplete information, subjective interpretations, unsupported claims, or other limitations that may affect its reliability.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, usefulness, legality, quality, availability, suitability, safety, or effectiveness of User Generated Content.
Any reliance on User Generated Content is undertaken solely at the user's own discretion, judgment, responsibility, and risk.
The Company shall not be liable for losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs, expenses, business impacts, agricultural outcomes, commercial decisions, marketplace transactions, research activities, operational actions, or other consequences arising from the use of or reliance upon User Generated Content.
This Policy has been developed with consideration for applicable legal, regulatory, governance, platform safety, digital services, content moderation, privacy, intellectual property, and community management principles that may apply across various jurisdictions.
Because Company Services may be accessed by users from multiple countries and regions, users are responsible for ensuring that their participation, content submissions, communications, publications, commercial activities, and platform usage comply with laws applicable in their respective jurisdictions.
The Company reserves the right to implement additional compliance measures, restrictions, moderation requirements, content controls, verification procedures, reporting obligations, or enforcement actions where necessary to satisfy legal, regulatory, contractual, operational, or risk-management obligations.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as limiting the Company's ability to comply with lawful requests, regulatory directives, court orders, legal obligations, governmental requirements, or international compliance standards.
The Company reserves the right to modify, revise, update, supplement, replace, expand, or otherwise amend this User Generated Content Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes in legal requirements, regulatory developments, platform functionality, technological advancements, operational needs, risk management practices, business requirements, community standards, or governance frameworks.
Updated versions of this Policy may be published through Company websites, applications, portals, digital platforms, user dashboards, legal notices, or other official communication channels.
Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to remain informed about current requirements, responsibilities, standards, enforcement practices, rights, and obligations relating to User Generated Content.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, updates become effective upon publication and continued use of Company Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
